JoSAA Counselling में seat allotment मिलने के बाद कई students और parents relax हो जाते हैं।

लेकिन practical counselling में मैं साफ कहूंगा कि allotment result आने के बाद असली verification शुरू होता है।

JoSAA में seat allotment देखना final admission नहीं है। Candidate को seat acceptance fee payment, documents upload, online reporting, document verification, query response और willingness option जैसे steps complete करने होते हैं। अगर document गलत format में है, certificate expired है, name mismatch है, category certificate valid नहीं है, या query का response समय पर नहीं दिया गया, तो student की allotted seat risk में आ सकती है।

इसलिए JoSAA Counselling 2026 documents list को पहले से तैयार रखना बहुत जरूरी है।

JoSAA Counselling 2026 में Documents Upload क्यों Important है?

JoSAA में document upload सिर्फ formality नहीं है।

यह candidate की eligibility और claim verification का process है।

Online reporting के दौरान verifying authority candidate के documents के आधार पर important details verify कर सकती है, जैसे:

Class 10 Certificate

Class 10 certificate usually date of birth proof के रूप में important होता है।

इस document में candidate का name, date of birth, parents’ name और board details clearly visible होने चाहिए।

Class 10 Certificate में क्या Check करें?

• Candidate name same है या नहीं
• Date of birth correct है या नहीं
• Father/Mother name mismatch तो नहीं
• Board name clear है या नहीं
• Certificate readable है या नहीं
• Scanned copy blur तो नहीं है

Common Mistake

कई students Class 10 marksheet upload कर देते हैं, लेकिन certificate या DOB proof clearly visible नहीं होता। Final upload से पहले official instructions देखें कि marksheet, certificate या दोनों में से क्या required है।

Class 12 Marksheet / Passing Certificate

Class 12 marksheet JoSAA eligibility verification का सबसे important document है।

इसी से candidate का passing status, subject combination, marks eligibility और 75%/top 20 percentile related condition verify हो सकती है।

Class 12 Marksheet में क्या Check करें?

• Candidate pass है या नहीं
• Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics marks available हैं या नहीं
• Required aggregate marks meet हो रहे हैं या नहीं
• Board name correct है या नहीं
• Candidate name और roll number clear हैं
• Improvement marksheet applicable है या नहीं

75% Rule और Top 20 Percentile से जुड़ी सावधानी

अगर candidate 75% aggregate या top 20 percentile rule पर borderline है, तो document verification में issue आ सकता है।

Common Mistake

Candidate JEE Main application details और JoSAA registration details में mismatch रखता है। अगर category या personal details में mismatch है, तो verification/query issue आ सकता है।

JEE Advanced Details

Important Warning

SC, ST और OBC-NCL candidates के लिए category certificate बहुत important document है।

OBC-NCL Certificate

OBC-NCL certificate JoSAA में सबसे ज्यादा query generate करने वाले documents में से एक है।

OBC-NCL का मतलब Other Backward Classes, Non-Creamy Layer.

OBC-NCL Certificate में क्या Check करें?

• Candidate OBC-NCL central list में आता है या नहीं
