GUJCET Counselling 2021

GUJCET Counselling 2021 is conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). GUJCEET2021 Counselling will be conducted via online mode and the candidates have to submit the application form online. GUJCET Counselling 2021 dates have been not been released, the tentative month would be June. GUJCET counselling will be conducted in many rounds. All the candidates have to fill in the registration form in order to participate in counselling and seat allotment process. After giving the GUJCET exam the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of merit, college preference and availability of seats. The list of counselling is prepared by the counselling authorities based on the merit if the candidate. Candidates have to be present for the physical verification of the documents at the venue mentioned by the authorities.

About GUJCET:

Gujarat Common Entrance Test abbreviation is GUJCET is a state level entrance exam conducted by Gujarat Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) annually. GUJCET is meant to take admission in Pharmacy and Engineering seats in various Government and Private Institutes of Gujarat. The application form for GUJCET is expected to be released in the third week of March. Only those candidates can apply who are the residents of Gujarat or have done their schooling from Gujarat. GUJCET is an offline exam. There are around 112 Government and Private institutes that accepts the GUJCET score.

GUJCET Counselling 2021 Process:

There are certain steps that are to be followed at the time of going through the counselling session which includes registering on the official website, uploading the necessary document, paying the counselling fee. Candidates who have completed their 10+2 in 2020 or 2021 are qualified for appearing in the counselling session.

Registration:  

The candidates willing to apply in B.E./B. Pharma course through GUJCET 2021. Candidates have to fill in the application form. The applicant have to purchase Information Booklet and PIN from ICICI Bank. The information booklet is of Rs. 300/-. The application form must be submitted before the last date. Registration is a must as only those candidates would be eligible who register themselves on the official website. After the registration completes the ACPC will release the candidates eligible for counselling rounds.

Filling the Registration form its confirmation:

After the issue of merit list the selected candidates can start filling the choices. In filling the choices candidates are advised to choose the maximum number of choices so that the probability of getting an admission would be higher. The choice filling option is for a stipulated period of time after than no editing is allowed on the choice filling counterpart.

Seat Allotment:

There are many factors that are counted at the time of allotment of seats, the factors are merit of the candidate, availability of seats, preference selected by the candidate. The ACPC will allot the seat on the above mentioned factors. For the confirmation of seats the candidates have to pay a token fees through online payment or to a bank branch.

Document Verification:

After the allotment of seats candidates have to report to the allotted college for document verification. It is advised to the candidates to carry their original and photocopy of the documents mentioned below:
