  • Candidates willing to take admission in B. Tech/B. E. course have to enrol themselves for JEE Main and JEE Advance examination.
  • The candidate must have a good All India Rank for Counselling invitation.
  • Candidates also have to enrol for JoSAA i.e. Joint Seat Allocation counselling process.
  • Candidates have to make a choice for Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras) as an option and preference.

Admission Process for B. Sc. Programme:

  • Candidates willing to take admission in B. Sc. Programme must fill in the application form with the details and upload the required document asked by the authority.
  • Authority provide two types of entry in the program:

With a fundamental level certification the candidates will be allotted with a diploma first then a B. Sc. Degree in programming and data science.

For professional having work knowledge can apply for a diploma in Data Science.

Admission Process for M. Tech Programme

  • Applicant must opt for a choice of discipline for admission.
  • Cut off, date of suitability and date of interview will be announced by IIT,
  • On the COAP portal the first set of offer is made and the candidates have to accept or reject offers within the given period of time.
  • There are many rounds conducted in order to fill the seats.
  • Candidates willing or change the choice of the programme can also apply for the additional rounds of the counselling.

Campus Facility at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras):

HOSTEL: There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel consists of 19 hostels for Undergraduate, Postgraduate students, Residents and Nurses. The hostel is surrounded with the lush green environment all around. The hostel buildings have spacious rooms, lounges, recreational rooms having colour television sets in each of the hostels, with all other modern amenities, are built to ensure comfortable stay of the inmates, and a proper atmosphere for study. There are proper safety arrangements for the women hostel. There is proper arrangement for healthy and hygienic food available in the mess for the students.

Central Library: The library at the campus is spacious. It consists of rich collection of science, engineering, technology, etc journals and books. A common reading hall with a seating capacity of many students at a time is available.

Computer Facility: There are computer facility in the capacity with internet connection which provide access to the free medical journals.

Auditorium: The College has a spacious and fully ventilated auditorium with a huge seating capacity at a time for the purpose of seminars, cultural activities, etc. held at the college time to time.

Cafeteria: There is a canteen and cafeteria to provide healthy and hygienic food to the students and staff.

Gymnasium: There is separate gym with coaches in the college campus for the students who are health and fitness conscious.

Playground: There is ample scope for the students to be physically fit by participating in different games offered by the college which is indoor as well as outdoor.

Apart from this the college has arrangements for clean and safe drinking water, Separate toilets, Laundry, Banking facility, CCTV cameras, etc.
