Gujarat ACPC B.Tech Counselling Fees for the academic year 2026-27 include multiple components, the registration fee paid at the time of applying, the token tuition fee paid to confirm a seat after allotment, and the remaining tuition fees paid at the institute.
The structure differs on the basis of the institution (government, government aided or self financed) and the seat category (general, SC/ST, EWS, TFW, NRI/Supernumerary). Getting a clear idea of all of these different fee segments would help you prepare your expenses, and keep you from facing any last minute hassle during the time-sensitive allotment windows.
This article covers all fee-related details for Gujarat ACPC Degree Engineering Counselling 2026-27 in one place.
1. Registration Fee
The registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that must be paid at the time of completing your ACPC online registration. This fee is separate from the tuition fee and is charged simply for participating in the counselling process.
The registration fee amount for 2026-27 is Rs.350 and this is a one-time, non-refundable application fee.
Payment modes accepted:
- Net Banking
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- UPI (any mode)
After payment, download and save the payment confirmation receipt. This receipt serves as proof that your registration is complete and valid. Keep it safely throughout the admission process.
Important: The registration fee is not refunded under any circumstance, whether you receive a seat, decline a seat, or do not participate in choice filling. Pay it only once; do not attempt to register again as a separate candidate.
2. Token Tuition Fee (Seat Confirmation Fee)
The most time critical fee payment in the entire ACPC counseling procedure is the token tuition fee payment. Whenever in any round a seat is allotted to you must pay the token tuition fee through the portal online in the specified time slot to book the seat and obtain your Admission Letter.
If you do not pay the token tuition fee within the window, your allotted seat is automatically cancelled.
There is no grace period, no manual processing, and no way to recover a cancelled allotment. The portal closes payment after the deadline, and that seat goes back into the vacancy pool for the next round.
Token fee payment windows by round:
| Round | Allotment Date | Token Fee Payment Window |
|---|---|---|
| Round 1 | 25 June 2026 | 25 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 |
| Round 2 | 15 July 2026 | 15 July 2026 to 19 July 2026 |

| Online Round (Govt/GIA) | 01 August 2026 | 01 August 2026 to 04 August 2026 |
The token tuition fee amount is adjusted against your total tuition fee at the time of institute-level admission. It is not an additional charge on top of tuition fees, it is simply an advance payment to confirm your seat.

The amount and time of refund is notified with in the official brochure/notification by ACPC. One should have to go through the refund policy available on the website before opting to cancel the allotted seats.
Rest of the tuition fee (paid at the institution): Refund for institution level payment is as per the guidelines of AICTE regarding refund and state govt.admission regulations. In general, earlier you cancel before the start of the academic session, the higher the refund amount. After the academic term begins (1 July 2026), refund amounts decrease significantly.
7. Payment Tips and Precautions
- Pay as soon as you get the allotment, do not delay till the end date to pay your token fee.Technical issues on the end date such as bank server down, internet connection failures may lead to the payment failure resulting in the cancellation of seats.
- Always keep a payment receipt, after making any payment; whether its a registration fee, token tuition fee, balance tuition fee to institute etc.Download it and save it on your computer. System level payment confirmation letters can be viewed from System Generated Letters in the dashboard, the same is available after the payment is done on the portal.
- Use the correct way to pay, UPI is very easy to pay but the high value amount may fail to get payment done on the UPI. Use Net Banking if it is allowed to make payments by your bank for the amount required. This would be the more reliable way for payment of high value token tuition fee.
- Do not disclose your payment details: ACPC would not call you or e-mail you for your OTP, card details, UPI PIN or net banking passwords. Do not share with anyone for any reason. All payment should be done only from the online portal itself.
