Two Stages Where Documents Are Required

You require documents at 2 instances in the process of ACPC B.Tech Counselling admission:

1st Stage – In Online registration phase: During the application for course, you have to upload all eligible documents in ACPC counselling portal (common profile). After verifying all these documents the Provisional merit list is being published on 12 June 2026 by the officers of ACPC.

2nd Stage – At institute level (After confirmed by college): At the time of college admission you have to carry with your self-attested photo copies of documents (Original documents are not necessary at the colleges during admission in ACPC B.Tech Counselling procedure).

Documents Required for All Candidates

These documents are mandatory for every candidate registering for ACPC B.Tech Counselling 2026, regardless of category.

The income certificate must be current and valid. It must clearly cite the annual family income. If the certificate is not available at the time of verification, your application will still be considered for admission but the TFW benefit will not be awarded.

Documents Required for NRI / OCI / FN / CIWGC Candidates

Candidates who want to seek admission under supernumerary seats for NRI, OCI, FN or CIWGC candidates have to upload specific documents related to their category in the online application. Such candidates have to fill their application on https://acpc.gujarat.gov.in and have to upload the following documents besides the general documents:

  • Documents that testify to the NRI/OCI/FN/CIWGC status of the candidate (passport / OCI card / other relevant national document).
  • Documents to certify qualifying examination (Class XII) completed from outside India.
  • Documents to certify minimum 45% marks in Physics, Math and third subject of interest.
  • Any other document mentioned in the ACPC notification for supernumerary seats.
