BA.LLB:
Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) is a five-years course on the completion of which the students are provided a professional degree in the field of law.
BBA LLB is actually an integrated law course in which students are taught subjects related to Business Administration as well as Law. As part of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) LLB course aspirants are first taught Commerce subjects such as Principles of Management, Financial Accounting and many more. The maximum duration within which aa student must complete his/her BBA LLB course is eight years. As part of an integrated BBA LLB course, aspirants are taught various topics through classroom teaching, studies of various cases as well as moot courts.
Duration: 05 years (Ten Semesters – Regular teaching in nine semesters and Dissertation in the tenth semester)
Intake: 40 seats
Selection Pattern: Admission through Common Entrance Test covering the following subjects: General Knowledge (including English Language).

BA.L.L.B
The Bachelor of Arts – Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) course is actually an integrated law course that the law students generally pursue right after passing their Class 12th examinations. The law degree is an integration of Arts and Law subjects and is a course of duration of about five-year. Therefore, as part of the BA LLB course, the candidates study subjects including Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology along with law subjects like Civil Law, Criminal Law and many more. Candidates are taught about various studies regarding law cases, moot courts, law internships, seminars as well as interactions with retired judges from High courts as well as from the Supreme Court of India.
Duration: 05 years (Ten Semesters – Regular teaching in nine semesters and Dissertation in the tenth semester)
Intake: 20 seats
Selection Pattern: Admission through Common Entrance Test covering the following subjects: General Knowledge (including English Language).

LLM
LLM is a postgraduate degree in law. Master of Law or LLM course offered at Indian colleges/ universities is of duration of about two years. The course curriculum of LLM degree is constructed in such a way that the course is divided into four semesters. In Masters, Students gain in-depth knowledge of a specific field of law by intensive research in that particular area. In the LLM course, candidates need to select the specialization in which they want to make their future in the field of law
Duration: 02 years (Four Semesters – Regular teaching in three semesters and Dissertation in the fourth semester)
Intake: 20 seats
Selection Pattern: Admission through Common Entrance Test.
The LL.M. programme in the following fields of specialization:

Some percentage of seats are reserved for foreign students as well in the University School in both graduate and post graduate programmes as well.

Master of Laws (LL.M.) Weekend Course
Duration: 02 years (Four Semesters – Regular teaching in three semesters and Dissertation in the fourth semester)

The school offers Ph.D. program in various discipline of law where eleven students are already enrolled.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
DELHI POLICE SUB- INSPECTORS LEGAL TRAINING PROGRAMME:
The USLLS is regularly conducting training program for police officers of Delhi Police. Three batches of officers have already completed the programme. The training programme commenced from 2008. Approximately 1400 newly joined Sub-Inspectors of Delhi Police have been given Basic Legal Training on various aspects of Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure Code, Indian Evidence Act and Indian Penal Code by USLLS.
Organization of Moot Court Competitions.
- Hosting the Annual ‘Indraprastha All Delhi (NCR) Moot Court Competition’ . This competition is specifically organised for the students of first year. Through this specific event the school seeks to develop the mooting skills of students from the very beginning of the law course.
- Participation in National and International moot Court Competitions.
- Participation in National and International Client Counselling Competitions.
- Participation in National Conventional and Parliamentary Debate Competitions.
