SGPGIMS B.Sc. Nursing 2021 Application Process

The candidates must follow the given steps to complete the application process, as the last date of the submission of the application form is 12 December, 2021.

Step 1: Students must log on to the official website of SGPGIMS i.e. www.sgpgi.ac.in .

Step 2: Download the application form and prospectus from the

official website only

Step 3: An intimation sms/ email will be sent to the candidates when the online form will be obtainable.

Step 4: Must have filled all the details asked in the application form.

Step 3: Upload the signature and photo as per the given specification.

Step 4: students are requested to pay the registration fees of Rs.1000 via Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit card/ UPI and save the filled application form for future references.

Age Criteria: The candidate applying for MBBS must attained 17 years of age or above as on 31-Dec of the admission year. The maximum age limit for getting admission in MBBS course is 25 years.

Educational Qualification: All Higher Secondary School qualified their 12^th Class in science stream including biology or bio-technology along with Physics and Chemistry with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible(For SC/ST category  40% marks is required in board exams; 45% for OBC Category)

Note: Only unmarried candidates are qualified, despite gender. The candidates would be physically fit. All applicants who are on the merit list will be required to submit a certificate of physical fitness from the Medical Board of the Institute.
