REAP Counselling Fees 2026 is something every candidate and parent needs to understand clearly before starting the registration process. REAP has several parts to its fee structure, which are to be paid at different stages of the counselling process, and some of them are non-refundable while others are adjustable. Registration Fee for REAP 2026
The first fee any candidate pays is the application cum registration fee.

The fees mentioned has to be paid online and the form will be active after that. It can be done through net banking, debit card, credit card and UPI.
This fee is completely non-refundable and non-transferable. Even if you register but do not get a seat or choose not to participate further, the fee is not returned. If you want to participate in multiple counselling modes under REAP, you pay Rs. 885 separately for each mode.
Exception: If money is paid for the form but there is a failure for form submission, for technical reasons you can claim the refund through charge back process.
Seat Acceptance Fee in REAP 2026
After a seat is allotted to you in any round, you must pay the seat acceptance fee to confirm your reporting.

The seat acceptance fee is paid separately for TFWS, Out of Rajasthan, and main counselling if you participate in multiple modes. However, the amounts are adjusted against the final college fee.
For upward movement reporting in subsequent rounds, no new seat acceptance fee is required. The fee already paid continues to apply.
Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) in REAP 2026
The TFWS scheme provides fee relief for economically weaker but meritorious candidates.

College Fee at the Time of Physical Reporting
While you report at the institute you are finally admitted at, you have to deposit an installment of the college fees. This amount will differ for each institute and is determined by the State Level Fees Committee (SLFC).
The college fees may include tuition fees, development fees, exam fees, other charges as prescribed by SLFC, etc. Fee structure will be different for government, autonomous and private colleges.
