All original documents must be deposited at the final reporting institute. They are returned after the concerned University completes enrolment.

Important Rules for Specific Documents

OBC Certificate

The OBC certificate must not be more than one year old from the start date of registration. A grace period of two years is admissible. During the grace period, the candidate must submit an undertaking in the prescribed format (non-creamy layer).

EWS Certificate

The EWS certificate must be for financial year 2026-27, 2025-26, or 2024-25. If a 2026-27 certificate is not available at the time of reporting, the candidate must submit an undertaking in the required format.

PwD Certificate

PwD candidates must personally appear at the National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled (NCSC DA) located at 4-SA-23, Sector 4, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004, for disability verification. The certificate issued by NCSC DA, Jaipur is the only valid PwD certificate for REAP. No other certificate is accepted. Candidates are eligible for admission only in branches for which NCSC DA declares them eligible.

KM Certificate

Kashmiri Migrant candidates must submit the registration certificate issued by the Relief Commissioner, Jammu or the Divisional Commissioner, Delhi to establish KM status.

Sports Certificate

Sports quota candidates must submit an undertaking in the prescribed format along with relevant certificates of sports achievements in the prescribed table format.

Medical Fitness Certificate

A certificate of medical fitness in REAP 2026 is to be submitted at the time of physical reporting by all the candidates. This certificate is required to be signed by a registered medical officer of government hospital or authorized agency and it is to ensure the physical standard of candidate as per required specification.

A. During REAP online registration you are required to upload photograph, signature, marks sheet of class 12th, category certificate (if applicable), score card of JEE Main 2026, income certificate for TFWS.All documents must be in jpg or pdf format with the size less than prescribed limit.
