About MHT CET 2021:

MHT CET is an entrance test used for providing admissions in Engineering, Pharmacy, agriculture; etc courses in the state of Maharashtra MHT CET test is conducted. MHT CET is basically Maharashtra Common Entrance Test conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Govt. of Maharashtra. MHT CET is a state level entrance test that offers admission into government and private institutions situated in the state of Maharashtra. MHT CET is expected to take place in the second week of May 2021.

MHT CET 2021 Exam Pattern:

There are two groups in which the Test is conducted i.e. PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) and PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). The whole examination pattern is described below:

MHT CET Counselling 2021 Process:

There are certain steps that are to be followed at the time of going through the counselling session which includes registering on the official website, uploading the necessary document, paying the counselling fee. Candidates who have completed their 10+2 in 2020 or 2021 are qualified for appearing in the counselling session.

Registration:  

The counselling process starts with registration in which the candidates first register themselves in order to participate in the counselling rounds. The candidates can register by visiting the official website and login via application number and password. The candidates have to enter several other details in order to register themselves. The candidates have to enter their academic details as well.Payment of Application Fee:

Candidates who are applying via JEE Main have to make the payment for MHT CET Counselling 2021. The Fee payment has to be in an online mode.

Choice Filling:

After the completion of registration candidates have to login again with the credentials and a list is displayed with a combination of Course – College which is made as per the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP). Candidates can fill in their preferred choices from the list, they also have the option to edit, rearrange and deleted the selected choices that they had made. After this, the candidates can review their choices and make the final print out of the choices entered by them. The choice filling option is open for every round.

Seat Allotment:

There are many factors that are counted at the time of allotment of seats; the factors are the merit of the candidate, availability of seats, preference selected by the candidate. For the confirmation of seats, the candidates have to pay a token fee through online payment failing to which the seats would be forfeited.

Document Verification:

After the allotment of seat candidates have to report to the allotted college for document verification. It is advised to the candidates to carry their original and photocopy of the documents mentioned below:

• Academic Gap Certificate (if applicable)
• Permanent Residence proof/certificate.
