JAC Delhi 2021 – The registration of JAC Delhi 2021 will open in online mode tentatively in 2ndweek of June 2021. To access the registration form of JAC Delhi 2021, candidates need to first pay the registration cum counseling fee.

Next, the candidate has to log in and fill in all details, and also participate in choice filling and locking. During choice filling, one must fill as many choices as possible in order of preference. There are four participating institutes of JAC Delhi 2021, viz., DTU, IGDTUW, NSIT, and IIIT-D. Admission to B.Tech/B.E. courses at DTU, NSIT, and IGDTUW will be conducted based on JEE Main 2021 All India Rank in Paper-I.

III-D, however, in addition to JEE Main 2021 rank, will award bonus marks to candidates for excellence in areas like sports and culture. B. Arch admissions at IGDTUW, meanwhile, will be offered based on JEE Main 2021 All India Rank in Paper-II. The registration process will end around the fourth week of June.

Only those candidates who get registered and participate in the choice filling process will be considered for seat allotment of JAC Delhi. Counseling for JAC Delhi will be conducted in six rounds, but an additional Spot round might be held if vacant seats are left. Also, no fresh registrations for JAC Delhi 2021 will be allowed in subsequent rounds after Round I, except for Spot round.

JAC Delhi Eligibility Criteria 2021

Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate engineering programmes at the participating institutes need to meet the JAC Delhi 2021 eligibility criteria mandated by the concerned authorities.

Eligibility criteria of counseling that candidate needs to fulfill include that of the qualifying exam, qualifying marks, and age limit.

Also, since eligibility criteria may vary across participating institutes, the candidate needs to be careful to refer to the relevant one.

Qualifying Exam

  • The candidate must have passed 10+2 conducted by CBSE Delhi or any equivalent exam, including Indian School Certificate Examination.

Note: Candidates who have the qualifying exam in compartmental will not be eligible for admission.

Qualifying Marks

IIIT-DB. Tech.The candidate must score at least 80% aggregate marks in best of five subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Additionally, the candidate must obtain 80% in Mathematics.
Age Criteria

Candidate must conform to JAC Delhi 2021 eligibility criteria as per the institute they are applying to:

  • DTU and IIIT-D: The lower and upper age limits are 17 years and 25 years, respectively, as on October 1, 2021.
  • NSIT and IGDTUW: Candidates of all ages can apply.
JAC Delhi Application Form 2021

The registration or application form of JAC Delhi 2021 will open tentatively in the second week of June 2021. The link to fill the application form will be updated on this page once it is available.

Candidates will have to register before the start of counseling in 2021; no registration will be available during counseling rounds, except Spot Round.

To participate in Spot round, new registration is available, but with a participation fee of Rs. 10000 in addition to the application fee.

Before filling the application form, candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria, as otherwise, it will lead to the rejection of the application form.

Also, one must enter only genuine information for filling the form.
