Gujarat NEET UG Counselling Process – State Quota

Registration

  • Visit the official website of ACPUGMEC: Candidates have to visit the official website of Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Gujarat at https://www.medadmgujarat.org/
  • Registration: On the homepage, click on the “New Registration” button and fill in the required details such as name, date of birth, NEET roll number, email ID, and mobile number. After filling in the details, click on the “Submit” button.
  • Login: After successful registration, candidates will receive a login ID and password on their registered email ID and mobile number. Candidates have to log in using their login ID and password.
  • Fill in Personal and Academic Details: After logging in, candidates have to fill in their personal and academic details such as category, domicile, educational qualification, etc.
  • Payment of Registration Fee: After filling in the details, candidates have to pay the registration fee online using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI. The registration fee for General/OBC category candidates is Rs. 2000/- and for SC/ST category candidates is Rs. 1000/-.

Choice Filling

Candidates must submit their course and college preferences for the Gujarat NEET counselling after completing the registration process. First, they must log in to their official internet account and make their selections. Candidates should be aware that they will only be able to select one option. As a result, children are encouraged to choose as many options as possible. They must also remember that once choices have been submitted, they cannot be changed.

Seat Allotment

After every round of counseling, the seat allotment result will be declared. NEET counseling results, released in the form of the seat allotment list and seat allotment letter, will release the seat allotted to the candidates. Candidates can check their name, roll no., allotted category, candidates’ category, allotted college, quota, and course in the NEET seat allotment list. Admission Schedule:

  • All admission activities must be completed within the stipulated time declared by the Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC). Candidates should refer to the official schedule on www.medadmgujarat.org.

Eligibility:

  • Only candidates who have qualified NEET-MDS in the current academic year and meet Gujarat State’s admission criteria can register online at www.medadmgujarat.org.

Online Registration Process:

  • Click on “Medical / Dental” under “Post Graduate Admission” to proceed.
  • Click on “Log-in for Post-Graduate Medical Admission”.
  • Click “Purchase PIN” to buy the PIN online and follow the payment instructions carefully.
  • Click “Candidate Registration/Login” to initiate the registration.

Entering Registration Details:

Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts the registration process for NEET-PG Counselling online. Below is a detailed guide:

2. Important Registration Steps

Self-enrollment:

  • Candidates are required to independently finish the MCC website’s registration process.

  • Registration: Fresh registration and choice filling will be required for the Stray Vacancy Round. Choices from Round-3 will not be considered.
  • Exclusion: Candidates allotted a seat in Round-3 and did not report cannot participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Allotment Process: The Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the MCC for Deemed Universities. Seats will be allotted online via a software system.
  • Joining the Allotted Seat: Candidates allotted a seat in the Stray Round must report to the college/institute. Failure to do so will result in debarment from future NEET PG examinations and forfeiture of the security deposit.
