Registration

Registration: On the homepage, click on the “New Registration” button and fill in the required details such as name, date of birth, NEET roll number, email ID, and mobile number. After filling in the details, click on the “Submit” button.
Login: After successful registration, candidates will receive a login ID and password on their registered email ID and mobile number. Candidates have to log in using their login ID and password.
Fill in Personal and Academic Details: After logging in, candidates have to fill in their personal and academic details such as category, domicile, educational qualification, etc.

STRAY VACANCY ROUND

Eligibility: Candidates who did not secure a seat in Round-1, Round-2, or Round-3 are eligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.
Registration: Fresh registration and choice filling will be required for the Stray Vacancy Round. Choices from Round-3 will not be considered.
Exclusion: Candidates allotted a seat in Round-3 and did not report cannot participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.
Allotment Process: The Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the MCC for Deemed Universities. Seats will be allotted online via a software system.
Joining the Allotted Seat: Candidates allotted a seat in the Stray Round must report to the college/institute. Failure to do so will result in debarment from future NEET PG examinations and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Instructions for NRI Category Students Applying for PG Courses

The registration PIN can be purchased online at medadmgujarat.org/pg/home.aspx by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 along with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 25,000, totaling Rs. 28,000.

Candidates must complete online registration and confirm it by verifying documents at the ACPPGMEC office at GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar. A prior appointment is necessary for document submission, and a demand draft of Rs 25,000 must be submitted as a processing fee. Admission is strictly based on NEET-PG merit.

The candidate must either be an NRI or have NRI parents or legal guardians. They must complete their internship by August 15, 2025, and be declared “Qualified” in NEET-PG. The merit list is prepared based on the All India NEET-PG Rank of applicants under the NRI quota.
