Admission to MBBS courses in Maharashtra for the academic year 2025-26 will be conducted through an online preference form on the official website www.mahacet.org. There will be no offline preference filling process. Eligible candidates from the State Merit List can fill out preferences for Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Online Stray Vacancy Round separately.
Candidates can submit their choices only if they have completed the document verification process and are deemed eligible. A fresh preference form must be filled for each round separately.
