Physical Reporting of AKTU 2026 is the very last and compulsory phase in the UPTAC counseling, where candidates allotted seats have to reach to the allotted colleges with all the original documents in person to complete the admission process.
The dates for the physical reporting are from 14th July to 16th July 2026 for all the candidates whose seats have been freeze in the normal round, as per the Round 4 auto freeze allotment dated 11th July 2026. Those who fails to complete physical reporting with three days will be automatically considered as cancelled seat, no money will be refunded for any reasons.

Carry all original documents plus one self-attested photocopy of each:
- Allotment letter (downloaded from https://uptac.samarth.edu.in)
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
- JEE Main 2026 / CUET UG 2026 scorecard
- Domicile certificate (self or parent – Father or Mother only)
- Category certificate – OBC (issued on or after 01.04.2026 with creamy layer clause), SC/ST, EWS (valid for 2026-27)
- Medical fitness certificate (Certificate No. 9 as per UPTAC brochure)
- Sub-category certificates – Freedom Fighter (No. 4), Defence (No. 5), Divyangjan (No. 6) as applicable
- Income certificate (No. 12) if claiming Fee Waiver seat
- Seat confirmation fee payment receipt
- Multiple passport-size photographs
Certificates issued through UP Government’s E-District Portal are acceptable.
What Happens at the Institute: The college verifies all original documents against uploaded copies, checks category and medical fitness certificates, confirms seat confirmation fee payment, and formally completes the admission. Once done, you are officially admitted to that college and branch. No change in institution or branch is permitted after this point.
Internal Sliding Option: Candidates who report during 14–16 July 2026 can also submit their willingness for internal sliding (Round 5) during the same period. If seats remain vacant within the same institute, allotment for internal sliding is done on 18 July 2026.
