Step 1 – Creating Profile

Choice filling is process of selecting your college preferences. Step-by-Step Process:
- Sign in to Candidate Corner at dme.mponline.gov.in with your NEET UG 2026 Roll Number and password.
- Select “Choice Filling” from the options present on the left-hand side panel.
- Decide whether you would like to choose options for government colleges alone or for government and private colleges both. Now select “Proceed for Next”.
- Go through the “Instruction for College Preference Selection”.
- The full list of available colleges will appear. Select colleges by checking the box in front of each college name. Your selected colleges appear in the “Selected Preference Box” on the right side in the order you selected them.
- You can rearrange the order using the “Move Up / Move Down” arrow buttons. Select a college in the preference box and use arrows to bring it to the desired position.

- If satisfied, click “Proceed to Next Step” to save your choices. If you want to modify, click “Change College Preferences” to go back.

- Fill as many choices as possible, more choices will have better chances of allotment

Seat allotment through NEET MP Counselling 2026 follows an entirely computer-based procedure, as detailed below:
- The program conducts the seat-allotment on the basis of availability of the seats against the preference list locked by registered candidates.
- Seat allocation is made strictly in the order of merit rank (based on NEET score).
- The candidate is offered the most preferred choice among those locked and for which he/she is eligible as well as a seat is available.
- Allocation takes into consideration both category-wise reservation and preference.
