Registration for Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026 is entirely online, through the authorised admission web portal, https://uhsrugcounselling.com. Candidates must fill the form themselves and are advised not to use an agent or third party.
- Visit the official admission web portal, https://uhsrugcounselling.com, and register for NEET-UG Counselling within the notified window.
- Use your own mobile number and e-mail ID for registration, since OTPs are sent only to the mobile number/e-mail ID used at the time of registration.
- Enter personal, academic and NEET-UG 2026 details carefully. All information entered is treated as correct and self-certified; the Office of DMER, Panchkula, and the State Admission Committee will not entertain any request for a change in information under any circumstances.
- A candidate can submit the NEET-UG Counselling application/registration form only once. Submitting more than one application/registration form leads to debarment from the NEET-UG Counselling allotment process, cancellation of candidature, and further action as deemed appropriate by the Office of DMER, Panchkula, and the State Admission Committee.

Choice Filling and Choice Locking Process
For Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026, choice filling is not a separate step held after registration; it takes place within the same online window as registration for Round 1.
- Choice filling is open only to candidates who have registered on the admission web portal, https://uhsrugcounselling.com, within the notified window.
- Editing of submitted information and submission of choices (online).
- Choices are locked automatically at the close of this window; no separate manual locking step is described beyond the close of the choice submission window.
- The choice of course/institution exercised by the candidate at the time of online counselling is treated as final, and no change is allowed under any circumstances after the notified last date. Candidates are not permitted to fill or edit preferences after the notified deadline.
- The allotment of institution/course is made strictly as per the merit prepared on the basis of NEET-UG 2026 (in the State List or All India List, as applicable), and the choice/preference filled by the candidate on the online portal is treated as final.
- For the 2nd round of counselling, candidates who registered in Round 1 and wish to participate are not required to register again, but must give their willingness/option to participate in the 2nd round online, and must submit their preferences afresh, in order of preference, for the course/institute to which they wish to upgrade.

Seat Allotment Process for Haryana
Seat allotment for Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026 follows the schedule notified for each round.
- Publication of the seat matrix, course-wise and institution-wise, on the University and DMER websites and the admission web portal, prior to the commencement of counselling.
- Online registration and submission of choices by eligible candidates within the notified window.
- Automatic choice locking at the close of the registration/choice-filling window.
- Processing of the provisional allocation of seats, strictly on the basis of NEET-UG 2026 merit (State List or All India List, as applicable) and the preferences filled by the candidate.
- Publication of the provisional allocation list, followed by a window for grievances on the provisional allocation, and display of the allocation list after redressal of grievances.

Hostel fees for Al-Falah University are Rs.3,28,600 per annum for Resident Indian students, and USD 4,140 per annum (or equivalent INR) for NRI students, for two-bed occupancy including mess charges (excluding electricity), with a 6% annual increase. For Maharishi Markandeshwar University, the Hostel Fee is Rs.2,60,000 per year for twin-sharing AC hostel accommodation, including mess charges.
Fee Payment, Bond and Refund Rules
The tuition fee is payable on an annual basis, and institutes are not permitted to ask candidates to deposit the fee for the entire course in advance. For Private Colleges, candidates may deposit part of the tuition fee (50%) at the time of admission, with the remaining fee payable before the last date of admission. If a candidate joins a course and leaves it on or after 3 days prior to the last date of admission prescribed by the Central Regulatory Authority, the candidate is debarred for the next 3 years from applying for MBBS/BDS admission in the State, and is liable to pay a Bond Amount of Rs.10 lakh, executed at the time of admission with two sureties. Candidates in Private institutions who leave the course midway must also pay the fee for the academic session in which they leave, plus 50% of the next academic session’s fee, in addition to the Rs.10 lakh bond.
