Registration for Punjab NEET UG Counselling 2026 is entirely online, through the official BFUHS website. Only candidates who have qualified NEET-UG 2026 are eligible to register.

  • Visit the official BFUHS website (www.bfuhs.ac.in) and carefully read the Punjab Government Notification and Prospectus before applying.
  • Register online and submit the Admission Application Form within the prescribed schedule.
  • Enter personal, academic and category details carefully; no column should be left blank unless specifically permitted, and once the correction window closes, no further changes are entertained.
  • Upload the required documents, including a recent passport-size photograph, signature, Birth Certificate/Class X Certificate, Class XI and Class XII mark sheets, Permanent Resident Certificate (where applicable) and Reserved Category Certificates, if applicable.
  • Pay the applicable application fee through the University’s online payment gateway. Applications without fee payment are not considered.
  • On successful registration, a unique Registration ID (Login ID) and Password are generated and communicated by SMS and/or e-mail; this should not be shared with anyone.

Choice Filling and Choice Locking Process

Seat allotment under Punjab NEET UG Counselling 2026 is a multi-step process, from publication of the seat matrix to final reporting at the allotted college.

  • Publication of the category-wise, quota-wise and college-wise seat matrix on the University website, before commencement of online choice filling.
