Counselling Registration fee – 1000: Pay during counseling registration (25th May – 15th June 2026). The registration fee is non refundable under any circumstances.Payment modes available for payment of counseling registration fee are: Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, NEFT/RTGS, UPI (QR code provided) Bank charges & taxes applicable may be extra.There will be 2 payment gateways in the portal for payment.Either one of them can be selected.Do not refresh the page or press back key when making the payment.
Seat confirmation fee – 20,000/12,000: Pay at the time of confirming the allotted seat after every round (Round 1, 2, 3 and 4). It confirms that you are continuing the seat. The fee needs to be paid in the freeze/float period of every round. Exact amount is either 20,000 or 12,000 depending on the type of allotted college as mention in the round wise instruction in the portal.
Special Round fee – 20,000: Pay during Special round registration (Special Round 1- 18th – 21th July 2026, Special Round 2- 27th – 28th July 2026). The special round fee will be non-refundable for any reason, including no report/seat cancellation.
Refund Policy and Tuition Fee
Refund Policy: The fee paid after seat allotment (seat confirmation fee) is non-refundable except in one specific case, formal withdrawal from counselling made within the officially notified withdrawal schedule. Withdrawal is available in Rounds 2, 3, and 4 within their respective withdrawal windows. If you do not report to the allotted college by the physical reporting deadline (14–16 July 2026), your seat is cancelled and all fees paid after allotment are forfeited with no refund.
Special Round fees (Rs.20,000) carry no refund under any circumstances whatsoever.
Tuition Fee: Government and government-aided colleges: Fee as per latest UP Government orders applicable to the respective college. Private colleges: Fee as per latest notification/orders of the UP Government Fee Fixation Committee. Hostel and other charges: Contact the respective institute directly.
Fee Waiver Seats: Available in B.Tech at all AKTU-affiliated institutions as per AICTE notification. Up to 5% of approved intake, over and above sanctioned intake. No tuition fee charged for these seats. Available only in courses where minimum 50% approved intake was filled in the previous academic year. Candidates must submit Income Certificate (Certificate No. 12) at document verification to claim this benefit. Not to be confused with EWS category reservation.
