Seat Allotment Process for Telangana
Seat allotment for Telangana NEET UG Counselling 2026 follows the procedure notified under various KNRUHS Government Orders. The complete process in both the Competent Authority Quota and Management Quota, is as follows:
- Publication of the seat matrix on the KNRUHS website before candidates exercise web options.
- Registration, certificate upload and Registration/Processing Fee payment by eligible candidates.
- Scrutiny of uploaded certificates by the University and departmental officials.
- Release of the provisional merit list, followed by the final merit list after grievance redressal.
- Candidates exercise web options (choice filling), separately for MBBS and BDS.
- Processing of seat allotment, based on the merit list and web options exercised.
- Download of the provisional allotment order from the website, after payment of the University Fee through the payment gateway.
- Candidates submit the printout of the online application form, allotment order, required bonds and original certificates (with one set of self-attested copies) to the Principal of the allotted college for final verification by the college’s admission committee.
- Payment of the tuition fee, as notified by the Government, by Demand Draft in the name of the Principal of the respective college, on the day of admission.
- If a candidate does not report to the allotted college within the specified time and complete the admission process, the admission stands automatically cancelled; if the tuition fee is not paid within the specified time, admission is also cancelled automatically.
Any discrepancy found during document verification at the college leads to cancellation of the provisional allotment order. The Admission Committee has the power to review and cancel admission in case of errors or misrepresentation, and its decision is final and binding.
