Candidates paying Rs.2–5 lakh can fill choices for all seat types (Govt., Govt. Society, Private, and Dental). Security deposit will be adjusted in tuition fees if the candidate joins a college.
Security deposit will be forfeited if:
- A seat allotted in Round 2 or 3 is not joined.
- Wrong information was submitted during registration.
- Required documents are not produced at the time of joining.

5 Joining at the College After Counselling

All eligible NEET MDS 2025 qualified candidates must complete Part 1 and Part 2 of the online application form on the prescribed online counseling website. Candidates who do not complete Part 1 and Part 2, they will not be entitled to be called for any counseling.
General Guidelines
- The centralized online counseling for MDS is conducted by Chairman NEET PG Admission/Counseling Board-2025 at Jaipur.
- Counselling will be conducted in 4 rounds – Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Stray Vacancy Round.
- No offline applications or admissions at the college level are permitted.
- Application fee: Rs.4000 (General) and Rs.3000 (SC/ST of Rajasthan domicile) + transaction charges.
- PwD and Senior Demonstrator category candidates must report physically for document verification with originals and photocopies.
- Only NEET MDS 2025 qualified and registered candidates with Rajasthan State MDS Counselling Board will be eligible for admission.
Documents Required Before Applying
- Scanned passport-size coloured photo (jpg/jpeg, ≤ 40 KB).
- Scanned signature (jpg/jpeg, ≤ 40 KB).
- BDS final year mark sheet/provisional/degree certificate (pdf, ≤ 150 KB).
- Valid caste/EWS certificate (if applicable, pdf, ≤ 150 KB).
- PwD certificate (if applicable, pdf, ≤ 150 KB).
- Any other required documents as per notification (pdf, ≤ 150 KB).
Application Part 1
- Enter your NEET MDS 2025 Roll Number, Name, Parents names, and Date of birth (which must match NEET PG details).
- You will have to select domicile (Rajasthan/Other), category (Gen/SC/ST/OBC/MBC), and EWS/PwD details.
- Enter a valid email ID and a valid mobile number.
- Enter the date of completing your internship. Submit details, and then pay the registration fee (Rs.3000 / Rs.1500 for SC/ST of Rajasthan domicile).
- After successful payment, receive Application ID, password, and transaction ID.
- Print receipt of Part 1 for records.
Application Part 2
- Login with Application ID & Password.
- Fill in Salutation, gender, communication & permanent address, contact details, nationality, BDS qualification details (country, state, university, college, marks, attempts), Service details (In-service / Non-service / Senior Demonstrator) & PCPNDT choice (Yes/No for ultrasound course).
- Upload all required documents (photo, signature, certificates, mark sheets).
- Review and confirm details then Click Final Submit (form becomes non-editable).
- Print two copies of completed application form after the last date of registration and paste a passport-size photo (same as uploaded). Sign with date and place and keep with you for submission at the time of joining allotted college.
Admission Process in MDS Courses through MCC NEET MDS Counselling – All India Quota
Below is the step by step MDS admission process for All India quota seats conducted by Medical Counselling Committee:
1. Official Website: Only online submissions for counseling are accepted via the MCC’s official website, mcc.nic.in. Any other method of registration will be immediately rejected.
2. Important Registration Steps
Self-enrollment:
- Candidates are required to independently finish the MCC website’s registration process.
- It is totally forbidden to use agents or third-party services for registration.
Required Data:
- Applicants should confirm that all information submitted during registration is true and accurate.
- Information supplied will be considered self-certified and cannot be changed or altered in any way.
Email address and mobile number:
- Candidates must register for counseling using the same email address and phone number that they have on file with the NBE.
- Important messages and One-Time Passwords (OTPs) will be delivered to these registered credentials.
Certificate of Disability (if applicable):
- According to NMC guidelines, candidates in the PwD category must first get their disability certificate online from the appropriate disability boards before beginning the choice-filling process.
Instructions for Filling Online Application Form
- Use of Registered Email ID and Mobile Number: Candidates must use the e-mail ID and mobile number provided during the NEET-PG application process (NBE) for registration on the MCC portal. These fields will be pre-filled in the counselling application/registration form. All communications will be sent to the registered email and mobile number only.
- No Changes Allowed: Requests for changes to the registered email ID or mobile number will not be entertained by MCC.
- Technical Requirements for Registration: Use a laptop or computer with an updated version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or IOS. Ensure a stable internet connection to avoid technical issues during the registration and choice-filling process.
- Registration Period: Registration will be available at the start of each round (first, second, third, and stray vacancy rounds) on notified dates. No requests for late registration will be accepted after the deadline.

- Seat Allotment Process: The seat allotment process will take place based on the choices made and the availability of seats.
- Result Publication: The Round-1 result will be published on the MCC website.
- Physical Reporting: Candidates who have been allotted a seat must physically report to the allotted medical college or institute with original documents.
- Free Exit Option: Candidates who have been allotted a seat can opt for free exit and directly participate in Round-2 without any further registration.
- Upgradation Option: Candidates who are allotted a seat can opt for a willingness to upgrade to a seat in Round-2 only after physically reporting to the college.
- No Allotment: Candidates who were not allotted a seat can directly participate in Round-2 without the need for fresh registration.
- Note: Data from the joined candidates in Round-1 will be shared with all participating states.
ROUND-2 (Start)
- Eligibility: Candidates who registered for Round-1 but did not get a seat need not register again for Round-2.
- Fresh Registration: Candidates who have not registered in Round-1 or those who need to re-register (due to resignation or non-reporting) must complete fresh registration and payment for Round-2.
- Choice Filling: Fresh choice filling and locking must be done for Round-2.
- Result Publication: The result of Round-2 will be published on the MCC website.
- Physical Reporting: Candidates who are allotted a seat in Round-2 must physically report to the college with original documents.
- Seat Upgradation: If upgraded, candidates must relieve themselves from the Round-1 seat and join the Round-2 seat.
- Not Allotted: Candidates who were freshly registered but not allotted a seat can directly participate in Round-3 without the need for fresh registration.
- Note: Data from Round-2 will be shared between MCC and participating states.
ROUND-3 (Start)
- Eligibility Criteria: Candidates need to fresh register for Round-3 with the payment of the registration fee.
- Registration Requirement: Candidates who have not registered in Round-1 or Round-2, or have resigned from Round-2, need to register again.
- Choice Filling: Fresh choice filling and locking must be done for Round-3.
- Result Publication: The result for Round-3 will be published on the MCC website.
- Physical Reporting: Candidates must report to the allotted college/institute with original documents.
- Seat Upgradation: If upgraded, candidates must relieve themselves from Round-2 and join the Round-3 seat. Once joined, they cannot upgrade or resign from the seat.
- Non-Joining: Candidates who do not join their Round-3 seat will forfeit their security deposit and be eliminated from further rounds of counselling.
- No Allotment: Candidates who were freshly registered but not allotted a seat can participate in stray/further rounds.
- Note: Data from Round-3 will be shared with participating states for the stray vacancy round.
STRAY VACANCY ROUND
- Eligibility: Candidates who did not secure a seat in Round-1, Round-2, or Round-3 are eligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.
- Registration: Fresh registration and choice filling will be required for the Stray Vacancy Round. Choices from Round-3 will not be considered.
- Exclusion: Candidates allotted a seat in Round-3 and did not report cannot participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.
- Allotment Process: The Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the MCC for Deemed Universities. Seats will be allotted online via a software system.
- Joining the Allotted Seat: Candidates allotted a seat in the Stray Round must report to the college/institute. Failure to do so will result in debarment from future NEET PG examinations and forfeiture of the security deposit.
