Northern Regional Institute of Printing Technology (NRIPT) is situated at Allahabad – Lucknow highway at Teliarganj about 8 KM.
from Allahabad Jn. Railway station and 4 KM from Prayag railway station in a sprawling campus of about 22 acres.
The Government of India on the recommendation of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) established four Regional Institute of Printing Technology in the country located at Allahabad.
Bombay , Calcutta (Kolkata), Madras (Chennai) for imparting Diploma education in Printing Technology.The N.R.I.P.T., Allahabad came into existence in 1957.
It is a premier institute that provides technocrats to the printing industry located in northern region, comprising states of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Harayana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi and the union territory of Chandigarh .
