This program is basically an amalgamation of Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Laws. The curriculum designed so effectively by National Law Institute University based on new developments that have been brought up due to Liberalization and Globalization. It integrates modern day Arts with Law by framing the syllabus into three trimesters in a year. Each trimester is of three months duration. In each trimester, students are imparted with the basic knowledge of fundamentals of four core subjects and at least two skill papers including Computer, English, Legal Writing, and Accountancy.

Specializations are offered in four areas of law in the Final Year, namely:
