Syllabus for KIIT Law Entrance Test 2020:

Verbal Ability: The verbal ability syllabus consists of contents like: Reading comprehension, Synonyms, Antonyms, Homonyms, Vocabulary, Syntax, One Word Substitution, Idioms, Words often confused, precise writing, Figures of Speech, Proverbs and other Grammar portions.

General Awareness & Current Affairs: Indian & World History, Geography, Greatest, Smallest, highest of different things, Indian National Movements, Environment, Indian Culture, Constitution, Legal System, Treaties, Science and Technology, International Organisations, etc

Reasoning, Mental Ability and Legal Aptitude: Mental and Logical reasoning, Classification, Deductive Reasoning, Logical fallacy, Analogy, Syllogism, Agreement and Disagreement, Mathematical/Logical analysis, etc

Mathematical Ability: The syllabus of Mathematics is related to that of 10th standard questions consists of question from that syllabus topics like: Rational Numbers, Quadratic equation, Linear equations in two variables, Profit & Loss, Interest calculations, Area, Perimeter, Volume, etc

 

For LLM

There will be 120 MCQ questions which will be as per the LLB Syllabus. The questions asked will be of LLB Graduation level which include questions from the topics of Law i.e. General Awareness, Legal Aptitude, Constitutional Law of India, Jurisprudence, Law of Contract/Mercantile Law, Criminal Law, etc.

Admission criteria and eligibility for KIIT Law Entrance Test 2020:

  • A candidate must qualify the KIIT Law Entrance Test 2020 for getting admission in KIIT School of Law
  • A candidate must have passed his 12th standard with minimum of 45% of marks for BA LLB and BBA LLB
  • A candidate applying in B.Sc. LLB course must ensure that they have done their 12th standard in science stream and have attained 45% of marks.

 

Age Criteria in KIIT Law Entrance Test 2020:

  • Candidates applying Bachelor degree courses should not attained 21 years as on 1st July of that academic year.

 

Eligibility criteria for LLM Course at KIIT Law Entrance Test 2020:

  • The aspirants should have done a degree course in law from a UGC recognized university.
  • Candidates applying for LL.M. course must attain at least 55% of marks from recognised University and is also required to KIIT Law Entrance Test 2020
