NSDC Skill Internship Scheme: Apply करने से पहले Students और Parents के लिए Reality Check

NSDC Skill Internship की बात आते ही वही confusion पैदा होता है, जहाँ से ज़्यादातर गलत फैसलों की शुरुआत होती है। पिछले कुछ समय से कई students और parents एक ही तरह की बातें कहते सुनाई देते हैं। किसी WhatsApp group में मैसेज आता है कि NSDC skill internship शुरू हो गई है। कहीं इसे government linked program बताया जाता है, कहीं stipend और certificate को सबसे बड़ा फायदा बनाकर पेश किया जाता है। Parents के मन में तुरंत यह डर बैठ जाता है कि अगर अभी apply नहीं किया तो बच्चा पीछे रह जाएगा।

Students भी इसी सोच में आ जाते हैं कि CV में gap नहीं दिखना चाहिए, कुछ न कुछ करना जरूरी है। इसी मानसिक दबाव में जल्दबाज़ी में decision ले लिया जाता है। यहीं से असली problem शुरू होती है। Internship शब्द जाना-पहचाना लगता है, NSDC का नाम भरोसा पैदा करता है और fear of missing out दिमाग पर हावी हो जाता है।

लेकिन ज़्यादातर लोग यह समझे बिना आगे बढ़ जाते हैं कि यह scheme किस purpose से बनाई गई है और इसे किस expectation के साथ देखना चाहिए। Counselling के अनुभव में बार-बार यह देखा गया है कि गलत decision scheme की वजह से नहीं, बल्कि गलत understanding की वजह से होता है। इसलिए शुरुआत में ही emotional excitement को थोड़ा side में रखकर reality को समझना बेहद जरूरी हो जाता है।

NSDC Skill Internship Scheme का मूल उद्देश्य क्या है

NSDC Skill Internship Scheme का उद्देश्य degree देना या job provide करना नहीं है। NSDC का focus हमेशा skill ecosystem पर रहा है। इसका मतलब है industry relevant skills, short-term exposure और practical learning। Internship का structure learning oriented होता है, employment oriented नहीं। कई students यह मान लेते हैं कि government name जुड़ा है तो outcome भी government job जैसा होगा। यही assumption सबसे बड़ी गलती बनती है।

NSDC alignment का मतलब यह नहीं कि student को direct employment मिलेगा। इसका मतलब यह है कि training framework और skill standards NSDC ecosystem से जुड़े हो सकते हैं। Internship experience का value तभी निकलता है जब student उसे learning opportunity की तरह देखे। अगर कोई इसे salary driven या job replacement समझता है, तो disappointment almost तय है। यह distinction शुरू में clear नहीं किया गया, तो आगे पूरा decision गलत दिशा में चला जाता है।

यहीं सबसे बड़ी गलती होती है

सबसे common गलती यही होती है कि internship और job को एक जैसा मान लिया जाता है। Job का मतलब fixed role, salary और continuity होता है। Internship का मतलब limited duration, learning exposure और uncertain outcome। कई portals और ads इस फर्क को जानबूझकर blur कर देते हैं। Stipend को salary की तरह दिखाया जाता है। Certificate को degree जैसा पेश किया जाता है।

Students सोचते हैं कि internship पूरी होते ही placement मिल जाएगा। Parents सोचते हैं कि बच्चा financially independent हो जाएगा। Ground reality अलग होती है। Internship का outcome training partner, sector, student performance और market demand पर depend करता है। यह point अगर साफ नहीं हुआ, तो frustration और loss दोनों होता है।

Expectations बनाम Reality को समझना जरूरी क्यों है

Reality यह है कि stipend mandatory नहीं होता। Duration uniform नहीं होती। Certificate की acceptance employer to employer बदलती रहती है। कुछ cases में internship genuinely skill exposure देती है। कुछ cases में outcome limited रहता है।

Internet पर जो promises दिखते हैं, वे ground reality से अलग हो सकते हैं। यही वजह है कि expectations और reality के बीच gap बनता है। जब gap बड़ा होता है, तो confidence गिरता है। Students खुद पर doubt करने लगते हैं। Parents system पर भरोसा खोने लगते हैं। Scheme गलत नहीं होती, expectations गलत होती हैं।

Internship और Job के बीच फर्क एक नजर में

यह table सिर्फ clarity के लिए है, कोई promotion नहीं।

Safe cases किन्हें कहा जा सकता है

कुछ cases में यह scheme meaningful हो सकती है। ऐसे students जो graduation या diploma के साथ skill exposure चाहते हैं। जिनका academic load manageable है। जिनका career goal skill-based role की तरफ जाता है। जो internship को CV learning point की तरह देखते हैं, shortcut की तरह नहीं। इन cases में internship experience value add कर सकता है। लेकिन यहाँ भी over-expectation नहीं होनी चाहिए। Learning primary goal रहना चाहिए।

Risky cases जहाँ सावधानी जरूरी है

Competitive exam aspirants के लिए यह scheme कई बार risky हो सकती है। MBBS, engineering, government exam preparation के बीच internship time और focus दोनों को impact कर सकती है। ऐसे students जो सिर्फ stipend या certificate के लालच में apply करते हैं, उनके लिए risk ज्यादा होता है। अगर training partner unverified है, outcome clearly defined नहीं है, तो risk और बढ़ जाता है। यहाँ direct yes या no नहीं कहा जा सकता, लेकिन caution जरूरी है।

Grey area cases जहाँ decision आसान नहीं होता

कुछ students ऐसे होते हैं जो genuinely confused होते हैं। Skill domain interesting लगता है, लेकिन career clarity नहीं होती। Academic background और internship role का match partial होता है। Duration manageable लगती है, लेकिन outcome unclear होता है। ऐसे cases grey area होते हैं। यहाँ blanket advice काम नहीं करती। Individual case evaluation जरूरी हो जाता है।

Parents और Students की सबसे बड़ी emotional उलझन

Parents का डर होता है कि बच्चा खाली न बैठ जाए। Students का डर होता है कि CV में gap न दिखे। दोनों ही fear-driven decision लेते हैं। Government tag emotional security देता है। यही emotional layer logical analysis को दबा देती है। Counselling में यही देखा गया है कि fear के आधार पर लिया गया decision बाद में regret में बदल जाता है।

गलत decision का long-term असर

गलत decision का असर तुरंत नहीं दिखता। Time loss सबसे पहले होता है। फिर confidence गिरता है। Students हर scheme को shortcut समझने लगते हैं। Parents और students के बीच trust gap create होता है। Future career decisions और ज्यादा confused हो जाते हैं। यही सबसे बड़ा नुकसान होता है।
