Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.)

The B. Tech course is a 4 year long programme which is a semester based where students have to gain theoretical and practical knowledge. Effective communication and soft skills classes are incorporated in the curriculum to ensure that the graduates are highly competent of working in terms of various expertise profiles. The program promotes cutting edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics, Machine Learning etc. The B. Tech. is a course that can be selected by a student who desires to be engineer and have 12th with Science Background (PCM). The students, who have cleared the Senior Secondary (12th Class) examination can apply for the B. Tech degree course.

Eligibility Criteria for B. Tech Course at Bhagwan Mahaveer College of Engineering and Management (BMCEM Sonipat):

  • Candidates must have completed their 12th standard CBSE pattern or with minimum 55% aggregate marks.
  • The subjects must have subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English (core/elective/functional).

Admission Process:

Admission is strictly made on the basis of merit list prepared by the counselling authority i.e. IPU – CET. All applicants are required to appear in Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main Paper 1 Conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The University shall not conduct

its own CET for admissions, but shall be utilizing the merit of JEE Main Paper 1 for its admissions. The admissions would be based on the merit / rank in the JEE.

Note: Blind (including colour blind), deaf and/or dumb candidates shall not be eligible for admission in these courses.
