  • Certificate from the Head of Institute – Certifying that the Medical/Dental College from which the candidate has passed the MBBS/BDS examination is recognized by MCI/DCI.
  • State / Central Medical / Dental Council Registration Certificate – Provisional registration certificate will be accepted only for candidates who passed MBBS/BDS in 2025. Permanent State/Central Medical/Dental Council Registration Certificate must be submitted at the time of the admission process. (Candidates who passed before 2025 must submit the Original Permanent Registration Certificate).
  • Eligibility Certificate (Other University) – For candidates who have completed their MBBS/BDS from a university other than those in Karnataka.

NRI & Management Quota Admission

Al Ameen Dental College & Hospital, Bijapur offer 15% seat under NRI quota for UG & PG courses. The eligibility for admission under the NRI Quota seats will be NRI candidates himself / herself of children of NRI whose parents are resident of Karnataka.

NRI Candidates who wants to claim benefit for NRI quota should select “NRI” at the time of online registration and should submit the documents with the required affidavit enclosed at the time of document verification, otherwise they will not be eligible for NRI quota. Documents claiming that the sponsorer is an NRI (Passport, Visa of the sponsorer).
