AKTU Physical Reporting Date | Documents & Process

AKTU Physical Reporting Date 2026 for the normal round candidates has been set from July 14 to July 16, 2026. All candidates, who have been allocated and confirmed seats, must report to the allotted institute between these three days, following round 4 allotment (auto freeze) on July 11, 2026. The students must report physically; else, there will be cancellation of the seats automatically with no fee reimbursement in any case.

For Special Round 1, physical reporting is on 27–28 July 2026. For Special Round 2, it runs from 31 July to 3 August 2026. In both Special Rounds, no refund is provided for any reason whatsoever including non-reporting.

Documents Required for Physical Reporting

Candidates have to present original as well as one self-attested photocopies of following original documents at the time of reporting:

  • Allotment letter (downloaded from https://uptac.samarth.edu.in)
  • Class 10 mark sheet and certificate (original)
  • Class 12 mark sheet and certificate (original)
  • JEE Main 2026 scorecard
  • Domicile certificate – self (studied in UP) or parent’s (studied outside UP)
  • Category certificate – OBC (issued on or after 01.04.2026 with creamy layer clause), SC/ST, EWS (valid for 2026-27)
  • Medical fitness certificate (Certificate No. 9 as per UPTAC brochure)
  • Sub-category certificates (Freedom Fighter Certificate No. 4, Defence Certificate No. 5, Divyangjan Certificate No. 6) as applicable
  • Income certificate (Certificate No. 12) if claiming Fee Waiver seats
  • Scanned photograph copies (multiple passport-size)
  • Fee payment receipt from UPTAC portal

Certificates issued through UP Government’s E-District Portal are also acceptable. Carry at least two sets of self-attested photocopies to avoid any issues at the institute.

What happens at physical reporting: After getting admission in allocated college and branch, candidate needs to report at the designated college. There, all the originals will be verified against the images submitted on the website and category/sub-category status will be verified, medical certificate shall be examined, thereafter; formal reporting at the institution shall take place and the candidate would be confirmed admission to the college/branch he has been allotted with. Reporting has to be done within the stated time else it stands automatically canceled.

The fee paid at the time of counselling after seat allotment is non-refundable in all cases where non-reporting is the reason for cancellation. The only exception is formal withdrawal made within the notified schedule before physical reporting.
