Telangana State Council of Higher Education has released the application form for PGLCET exam. It is a state level exam which is conducted by TSCHE to give admissions to 2 years LLM course in Telangana colleges and universities. The exam is conducted under the supervision of the convener, Telangana State PGLCET 2020, on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). Telangana State PGLCET 2020 is going to be held on May 27, 2020. Candidates can go through the application detail for the exam at the official website i.e. lawcet.tsche.ac.in. Telangana State PGLCET 2020 is conducted by Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) which is came into existence in 1918, and it is the seventh oldest University in India. Telangana State PGLCET 2020: EXAM PATTERN
Telangana State PGLCET 2020 Entrance Test is an online Computer based mode exam. The examination paper covers Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Mercantile Law, Labour Law, IPR and Other Laws. The question paper consists of 120 questions in total. All the questions are of objective type with four options and the total time duration for the completion of exam is 90 minutes. Each correct answer gives one mark and no mark will be deducted for the wrong answers. Complete details about Telangana State PGLCET 2020 Exam Pattern is mentioned below:
The Whole test consists of two sections namely Section A and Section B which comprises of 120 questions in total.
Section A: Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence the total number of questions to be answered is 40.
Section B: It consists of 80 questions in total and contains questions from Crime and Torts,Public International Law, Mercantile Law, Labour Law, IPR and other laws.
OMR Answer sheets will be given to the candidates to mark the correct response. It is mandatory for the aspirants to use ballpoint pen only, the entries in the OMR Answer sheet including the filling of raised bubbles. If there is more than one answers being bubbled against a question, it will be considered as an incorrect answer and no marks awarded for these answers.

Jurisprudence: Schools of Jurisprudence,Sources of Law, Custom Precedent and Legislation, Obligation, Rights and duties, Persons, Property, Liability, Legal Sanctions, Ownership and Possession.
Constitutional Law: Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles of State Policy, Center-State Relations, Emergency provisions, Amendments to the constitution, Executive Judiciary and Legislature.

Telangana State PGLCET 2020: Exam Centres
Applicants can select the exam centre while filling during the application process, select their choice of exam centre. The allocation of the exam centre is done by exam conducting body on the basis of the candidate’s preference that he had opted for. Eligibility Criteria for Telangana State PGLCET 2020:
Interested candidate must meet the basic eligibility criteria for taking the exam of PGLCET. The basic eligibility criteria is mentioned below:
Educational Qualification for LLM (Regular):
- Candidate must have completed his/her 3/5 year LLB Degree course.
- Candidates appearing in the final year examination of LLB Degree program can also apply for the exam.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks at the graduation level the percentage of marks for SC/ST candidates is 45%
For LLM (Private):
- Candidate must have a minimum experience of at least 3-years as the judicial officer or 3-years experience as an advocate for applying in Telangana State PGLCET 2020 exam.
How to fill Telangana State PGLCET 2020 Application Form 2020
The application form for Telangana State PGLCET 2020 must be filled carefully by all the candidates. The first step to apply is to make the payment by visiting the official website. After paying the candidates can further proceed for filling the application form with details like the name, father’s name, education qualification, percentage of marks attained in previous exams, years of experience, etc. There is no chance to alter or edit the details in the application form once submitted. The students must have a passport size photograph and sample of signature in the form of scanned copies. Students have to upload these to the official website with application form. A chance of reviewing application form is also there before final submission.
Telangana State PGLCET 2020 Application Fee:

- Rs. 1000/- for General and OBC category
- Rs. 800 for SC/ST/PH category. The fee can submitted through any of these two payment modes-

Telangana State PGLCET 2020: Admit Card
Aspirants can download their Hall ticket cum admit card from the official website. There is no provision for sending the Admit card via post/e-mail in Telangana State PGLCET 2020.The admit card issued to those aspirants only who have completed the process of Application i.e. filling in the details and paying the application fee to the exam conducting body. To download the admit card students must enter the credentials and passwords provided to them at the time of filling the application form. Students must check the complete detailing mentioned in the admit card and take few copies for the future references as well.
Telangana State PGLCET 2020: Result
The result declared is in the form of score card. The students can first download and then take a few print outs of the result. The result card must be brought by the students at the time of counselling and admission sessions. There is no provision of sending the results via post/e-mail. The students can check their result in the official website of the exam conducting body.
The result is viable only for a particular session and is accepted for LLM course in many of the colleges in the state.
Telangana State PGLCET 2020: Counselling
Counselling is the last step to accomplish the admission in the required or desired college by the student. The student have to carry their result card to the college and have to go through several sessions of counselling. At the college the student must carry his original documents or self attested copies for the verifications process. After the satisfaction the college admission committee grants admission to the student on the basis of merit list prepared by their college.
