Documents required for UPTAC Counselling 2026 fall into two categories, the documents to be uploaded online on the registration form at https://uptac.samarth.edu.in and the original documents to be carried to the institute alloted at the time of physical reporting.
You should gather all documents in order well before the registration window, which is from 25 May 2026 to 15 June 2026, because unclear or missing document uploads will definitely raise verification queries leading to a delay in the confirmation of eligibility and locking of choice filling.
