What Makes the Registration Last Date So Important?
Whereas in an entrance exam we can often download Admit cards / Hall Tickets more than once, the registration for UPTAC Counselling is an one-time opportunity. After the last date:
- The registration portal will be shut for all fresh applications.
- A candidate can no longer participate in any round of UPTAC 2026 even if he/she is rank one or of any category.
- Candidates whose qualifying results are not declared on or before the date would be considered eligible neither for any counselling process.
As already stated in the Information Brochure, the responsibility to have verified that all eligibility criteria are satisfied and register in time is entirely upon the candidate. No query related to non-receipt of the same may be entertained from AKTU.
After Registration – What Comes Next?
After you have completed registration before the last date, the next stages are as follow:
- Choice Filling- In this phase, you will have to enter your choices of college, branch and lock your choices.
- Seat Allotment- Seats will be allotted according to rank, choice of colleges, branch and category.
- Physical Reporting- Within the reporting period, you will have to report to the allotted college with the required original documents.
The other subsequent stages will also have its own last dates, which would be uploaded in the official website.
