JAC Chandigarh Counselling Registration Process 2026 – Full Details

JAC Chandigarh Counselling Registration Process is the entry point into one of the most competitive engineering admissions.

Whether you are targeting CCET, UIET, CCA, Dr. SSBUICET, or UIET PUSSGRC, everything starts with a properly completed online registration on official JAC Chandigarh webiste (https://jacchd.admissions.nic.in). Get this wrong and you lose access to category benefits, reservations, or the process altogether.

This guide covers every step of the JAC Chandigarh 2026 registration process.

Common Registration Mistakes to Avoid

  • Wrong mobile number: All notifications will go to the mobile number that was provided, and if an incorrect or disconnected number is given to you, you will not receive many of the important notifications.
  • Not uploading category documents: Many candidates apply to be placed in a reserved category, but do not upload their documents supporting that level of claim; hence they are unable to receive the benefits they would have received if they had uploaded the correct documents.
  • Wrong school location: If you studied in Chandigarh but mark your school as outside Chandigarh, you miss Chandigarh Quota eligibility at CCET and CCA.
  • Sharing login credentials: Do not share your password with anyone — not coaching institutes, friends, or family members. All actions under your login are your responsibility.
  • Incorrect qualifying exam marks: Marks entered here are used for category-level inter-se merit. Enter them exactly as on your marksheet.
