- Candidates who are themselves NRIs, or a child/ward of an NRI, who completed 12th (Science, B/AB Group) from a school within or outside India, and qualified NEET in the current academic year as per the criteria prescribed by the competent authority
- Candidates who passed Std. 10th and 12th from a Gujarat board school in the Union Territories of Daman & Diu or Dadra & Nagar Haveli, and are domiciled in or born in Gujarat State
Gujarat NEET Counselling 2026 Registration Process
ACPUGMEC’s registration process is entirely online, done through the admission committee’s own portal. Here is how it works, step by step.
- Purchase the Online PIN from the ACPUGMEC website (www.medadmgujarat.org) by paying Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable) plus Rs. 10,000 (refundable Security Deposit), a total of Rs. 11,000.
- Visit https://medadmgujarat.org/, click “Medical & Dental” under Undergraduate Admission, then click “Login for UG (MBBS & BDS) Admission” to start the registration process.
- Click “Candidate Registration/Login,” then “Click here for New Registration” to open the New Registration window.
- Enter the PIN Serial Number (5 digits), the 14-digit PIN, email address, mobile number, NEET Roll Number and the captcha image, then click Submit. The Online Registration Form will then appear.
- Fill in your personal details in the Online Registration Form. Your PIN Serial Number becomes your Login/User ID. Set a password of 6 to 12 alphanumeric characters and confirm it; you will need this Login ID, PIN and password for all future logins.
- Fill in category-specific details as applicable, SEBC candidates must enter the issue date of their Non-Creamy Layer certificate, and candidates born outside Gujarat must provide Domicile Certificate details.
- Verify all entries, accept the declaration by selecting “I Agree,” and click Submit. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number; enter it and click “Save Changes.”
- Upload the required documents, in PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG format, one by one as listed against each Sr. No. on the Registration Details page.
- Review the “Registration Details” page. Use “Edit/Confirm Application” if any correction is needed, then click “Confirm Registration Details.” No changes are allowed once this step is confirmed.
- Take a prior appointment for Document Verification at your preferred Help Center, then print your Registration Slip (two copies).
- Visit the selected Help Center with both printed copies of the Registration Details, signed by both the candidate and a parent/guardian, along with self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents and the original documents for verification.
- Collect the signed and sealed Registration Slip from the Help Center. This step is mandatory; without this slip, a candidate is not eligible for further steps in the admission process.

Choice Filling and Choice Locking Process

Seat Allotment Process for Gujarat
